Shaws Jewelers Ripoff by Shaws jewelers, they sold me the wrong product and they dont want to take responsibility. Gaithersburg, Maryland

On Dec 31,2010 i try to purchased a 1 karat round diamonds from Shaws jewerle located at Lake Forest Mall in Gaithersburg MD 20877. According the stored Mananger they did not have any 1 karat diamonds on stock so he sent a sale representative to Kays to get the 1 karat round diamonds for me. After 30 mins the sales representative came back to the store with two differentsets of 1 karat diamond earrings, i picked a pair, the sales representative re-pierced my ear holes with amy new earrings. i left thestore than realized that she never game me a box for the earrings. I came back to the store she gave me a box that she took from the center of the store. After two weeks i try to return the earrings and they try to give me a discount of 200 dollars on the earrings but i decided just to returned them. After the store Mananger triedfor about 15minutes he asked me to hold on than came back and told me that he couldnt take the earrings back, i was shocked and pissed off than he explained to me that the serial number on my receipt did not match the earrings that i purchased from them, that the diamond look a little smaller and that they did not even carry those type of earring at his store. I called corporateasking for an investigation,for them to review the store cameras an sent a few emails and till this day they still havent fix my problem. the Shaw store mananger stated that they did not even carry those type of earrings at his store but yet when i went back to the store for the third time i saw that they had what they sold me as 1 karat round diamond earrings in the back page of Shaws catalog. he also stated that they did not even use the earrings that they brought fromKays because they had a set that they did not know about in the back. come on now this guys are a ripoff.
