Shenzhen Faseliang Technology Co, (XINGZHAO LIU or PARKER LI) Email scammer! Offers good deals on name brand electronics but you will NEVER see them! Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province ,China Internet

This is how XINGZHAO LIU's (Parker Li to Americans) fraudulent business operates:

1. You will receive numerous emails from Xingzhao offering great deals on electronics. Everything from scooters to iPhones to name brand televisions.

2. XINGZHAO LIU receives the money from customers into his Bank of China account.

3. Emails sent to XINGZHAO LIU requesting a tracking number from DHL are ignored.

4. A few days after the transaction XINGZHAO LIU will send an email stating China
customs is holding the goods and will not release the products until 'taxes' have
been paid. The cost of this extortion is about 50% of the total order.

5. After refusing to make the additional payment until a tracking number is received,
he will send a DHL tracking number for the shipment. The DHL tracking number is a
fraud.

6. After he is confronted the DHL tracking number is a fraud he will no longer
respond to emails.
