We took a risk by ordering some sample product from this company.  They insisted on Western Union or a bank wire which is a big red flag but we did it anyways for over $600.  They dropped the ball on shipping for over a week and then finally sent the product from China via DHL after several phone calls and emails to get them to do it.  

The product arrived and it was obviously not packaged correctly.  The box looked smashed and there was only a thin yellow tape protecting it.  They did not properly box the product.  They told us to see if it worked so we did and the LED display fan hada rough spot for 1-15 degrees of it's rotation.  We were told that they had a no return policy.  We sent them video of the issue and then they went dark for over 3 weeks. 

We reached out to 2 other members of there sales team and they all refused to escalate to the boss there.  They said they were on holiday for 2 weeks and would follow up.  They never did so here we are.  In researching the company more online I found that they are using McDonalds logos and images to give the impression that their kiosks are used there which is a lie.  They also only have a couple of reviews on Alibaba.

It is clear to me that this company is comprised of a few individuals in China who are acting as middlemen selling someone else's products.  They lie on their website about the size of their operation and I suspect they frequently change names etc.  I would not trust them to do business with and will be posting more reviews of our experience to warn others.
