Shepherd’s diet:They kept charging my card for some meal plans that i did not order and never received. I had to cancel my credit card for fraud and get a new one to stop the charges. The amount i spent for all their resources was a waste. Just google keto diet and you have all you want or need plus tons of ideas for recipes. I went with this plan because of the Christian talk thinking it was an honest person. They got me.
