General Contractor is INEPT. General Contractor is DISHONEST. I encourage you to contact the CSLB and confirm he is being charged with 4 counts of DIVERSION OF FUNDS. I encourage you to do a public records search - he is being sued by a subcontractor he did not pay even though he collected $15K from home builder. General Contractor only shows up to collect checks. General Contractor has no knowledge of home building, uses the cheapest quality materials and subcontractors, and literally conducts himself with no professionalism.
More than likely, General Contractor will respond with lies about home owners - but do your research and the facts will tell the truth.
We are currently in the process of suing the general contractor so I cannot disclose too much information. But once the matter is resolved, I will post a follow up. Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM THIS GENERAL CONTRACTOR - he is a stupid thief!
