Shiloh Resort Hominy Ridge Lodge and Cabins Would not honor a $281.75 deposit for 2 cabins paid for on May 2017 Clairington Pennsylvania

 I stayed at Shiloh Resort in May 2017, new owners were taking over. When I left May 21, 2017, I put a deposit down for 2 cabins for the weekend of September 8 to September 10, 2017. The charge was $281.75, half of the rental charge for the weekend, paid with a credit card. I found out in August 2017, that the sale DID NOT go through, so the old owners were resuming ownership. Our lead group member said she had talked to the old owners and all of our deposits WOULD BE honored. Well, when I arrived on September 8, 2017, the owner rented out my cabin, said someone with my name called and cancelled my reservation. I said I am me and I DID NOT cancel the reservation. She asked if I wanted to talk to the people or do I want her to speak with them? I said 'you are the owner, you need to go talk with them.' So we had to wait for those people to move out. When I went to settle up, I was told that NO DEPOSITS were being honored, because the people, who were trying to buy the resort, stole ALL THE MONEY (deposits) and they (current owners) can't afford to honor paid deposits. Then, I asked how much to hold the 2 cabins for May 2018. Doe, the owner, said $150, so I paid that and have it written on my receipt. Good thing I came with extra money, the bill for the 2 cabins came to $565.
