David Simon quoted one price on the initial contact then increased the price.  this was transporting a vehicle from place to another.  When he hadn't obtain a transport he became belligerent and would not take the transport off the board preventing others from bidding on the job.  When he obtained transport be then asked for another contract on which he again increased the price.  By that time I was exasperated and just wanted the job done.  Later the transport company contacted me.  David Simon was now trying to reduce the amount they were to receive bases on how little I had paid.  I would definitely suggest hiring anyone besides David Simon and the company he works for.  SHIP YOU CAR NOW,LLC
