that you absolutely want to keep the product you order for
several reasons: no exchanges are permitted, and on
returns, they charge a $6.95 restocking fee per pair of shoes!!
Therefore, on my $39.95 shoes, that's
a 17.5% restocking fee rather steep, don't you think?? The
fee is shown on their website, (buried in the fine print), but there
is no way I would have placed an order had I known about the no
exchanges/+restocking fees policy,
and thinking about it now, I would not have even tried to to return
them. In addition, they did not respond at
all
to my repeated email complaints and requests for
information/clarification of the charges, not even a robo-reply.
