Shoma Homes ripoff, big diappointment, uncompromising Doral Florida

We purchased a home with this company hoping to have a wonderful experience with a great builder. However, the promise they made to build our home has not been achieved, and inquiries have no answers. The sold us a house on a lot where it would not fit. To make matters worse, they expect us to pay more for their mistake of not being able to build our house on the lot we purchased. The only options that they are giving us are the ones where we have to pay more for a premium property or buying a more expensive home. I know life is not fair, but if you are paying half a million or any amount and the seller does not come through, is it your fault. Good luck to anyone using this company.
