Do not rent or buy anything from this individual. He is the king of empty promises and tight pockets. He ties up his money in his toys and spends nothing on his rental properties. He WILL steal and HAS stolen from tenants that give him any trouble.

If there were any such cases Mr. Bidner has won against a tenant lets have the docket number and date. No such cases exist in criminal or civil court. Stop lying and try to be less of a shame for your kids. Imagine coming to the realization that gifts given to you were stolen from tenants or paid for from ripping off tenants, employees or business partners. For shame to hang this over your kids in the age of the internet.
How does this guy still think his name is good? To run a quite public business with your own name after ripping off countless people? The answer is that he is a manic sociopath who does not believe he has done anything wrong. Stop lying. You are a dirty old man. Do your kids a favour and disappear.

This complainant is 100% correct. He as assaulted many tenants as well as stolen and been generally a creep.Ask about him in old chelsea. Ask the shop owners. Anybody will tell you to stay away from this guy, his wife and properties. (unless you have some rotten eggs)
