Shoot-Straight, Inc. Fred Notario I purchased 2 small handguns on Dec. 10, 2017; paid in full, receipt #100046. To date I have received neither items nor a refund of my monies. Apopka Florida

Shoot-Straight, Inc. is failing to honor my legal purchase of 2 small handguns on Dec. 10, 2017, at the Ft. Myers "Gunshow" at the Civic Center.  My background check passed; I waited the 3 days before driving to the store in Ft. Myers where they refused to turn over either revolver citing that there was an error in my Florida address.  Despite several attempts to receive a refund, Fred Notario of the Apopka store has not complied and has not contacted me as promised last month.  I suspect that Shoot-Straight, Inc is conspiring against senior citizens by keeping their money and dismissing any complaints.

I am a natural born citizen of the USA, a wartime military veteran  with an Honorable Discharge; retired Federal employee with 30 years of foreign service while holding a Diplomatic passport and a SECRET clearance by the FBI.  I have never been accused of any felonies or criminal behavior whatsoever.

I live near Lehigh Acres, Fl, that has a high rate of crime, twice the national average.  Shoot-straight, Inc, is denying my Second Amendment Right to bear arms and is leaving me defenseless in a dangerous neighborhood.

Please do what you can to set the record straight.
