Purchased a Light Flurry and it worked fine last Christmas. This Christmas light is to dim to reflect on ball. Called company and was told to provide a receipt. Provided receipt and was told it was over a year so I would have to go to their website to purchase another light.

An item purchased Nov 2013 for Christmas and used once. The ilight can not be replaced because it is three weeks past the expiration date.
