Shop the World : San Deigo County Credit Union San Diego County Credit Union I received a package by Zachary Nolte through UPS. It had specific instructions on depositing a cashier's check in into my account. California

 I received a package through UPS from a person by the name of Zachary Nolte, in Iowa City IA. In the package it had a cashiers check from San Deigo County Credit Union, in the amount of $1,987.22. It came with a letter from Shop of the World, telling me to deposit it in my account for 24 hours. Then, I was advised to pull money to go eat and to collect my payment for the job. With the remaining balance of $1,770 I was told to send to money grams in the amount of $885. 1 was to Joni Marie Roche in Tacoma, WA and the other was to Carol Ann Strain in Seattle, WA. I thought this was odd that it asked me to send all that money through money grams. Also, on the check the check number is really faded and the signature on the check look very faint. In addition to that, in the line where u write out the amount to pay it shows: (((redacted)))$1,987dols22cts. This was odd to me because dollars & cents should be spelled all the way out. And the fact that the check number is really light and hard to see is another flag. When I looked the Credit Union up, I found out the correct address is 6545 not 8545. Also, the phone number to the Credit Union is not on the check. Clearly this is fraud....
