I ordered products and they kept extending the amount of time it takes to ship. 3 weeks after placing my order they still could not provide a tracking number and simply said "due to SUMMER, it could be another 2 weeks." They refused to refund my money because my order "was at the warehouse". I had to have my bank refund the charge as a fraudulent transaction.
