My March 2020 Chase credit card was charged for $9.97 with the merchant name of SHOPSMARTER.COM phone 800-255-6355. I did not authorize the monthly subscription.

An internet search indicated that the phone was registered to SHOPMASTER. I phoned the 800-255-6355 number and was connected with a rep who took my name, zip code, and my email address.

A message from The Shopsmarter Team was immediately sent to my email address indicating that I would get a refund within 2-5 days. The customer service number is 800-254-6536. The message indicated that I had a member ID (7573538).
