Shoponmain.com Lisa Packer Shoponma in.com scams merchants and retailers Louisville Kentucky Internet
*REBUTTAL Individual responds: We Take Shopper Protection Seriously
The people at shoponmain.com scam retailers, merchants, and investors alike. They have no concept of what they are doing. Shoponmain.com is probably the worst website for buying items that one can find. They have no methodology to the site allowing anything and everything on it. It's the only place you can by a mobile home to a skull to marriage conseling. It's a joke!! If your a retailer they then call and beg you to ship items without payment on a promise to pay basis. Then some lady name Lisa Packer gets angry if you don't do it within the time frame they tell you. Save yourself the headache and stay away from shoponmain.com.

We Take Shopper Protection Seriously
AUTHOR: Lisa Packer - (USA)

ShopOnMain.com is a new shopping site that attempts to bring small, "Main Street" stores to the online shopping public. I suppose we'll have to concede that some points in the complaint are certainly true - we do, indeed, allow a wide variety of items on the site, similar to what you might find walking down a real Main Street.
And we are very serious about our ShopperShield - the protection we offer to shoppers. We do require the businesses on the site to ship orders they receive within the time they promised the shopper. And yes, if they do not do so we will follow up with phone calls. If they repeatedly ship items late their store listing will be deactivated.
No merchant has ever not received payment from us for an item that was shipped. We deposit payments faster than many online selling platforms, but yes any time merchants sell items on an ecommerce platform they are expected to ship the item before payment is made. This is standard.
Whether we know what we're doing remains to be seen, it's never easy bringing a big dream to life. And when mistakes are made, we'll always choose to err on the side of shopper protection.
