In order to buy Percocet at this pharmacy 30 tablets listed for $99.99. I was told to pay by Apple I-tunes prepaid cards cards. First $100. Then they transferred me to a physician, who asked me a few questions and told me I needed me to send another $300,(in Apple I-tunes prepaid cards again) to convince the DEA that I actually paid for them, and that I had a prescription written by him. This was necessary to make it look legal. The money would be returned to me by certified check, along with my prescription. After that I had to have insurance, they could provide me with a temporary Heath Ins. for $500.00 Apple I-tunes cards. And again would be reimbursed by certified check with my order. Then they called me back and said they needed another $650.00 to complete the transaction. Again they would not let me use a credit card, it had to be more Apple I-tunes cards. At this point I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they couldn't do that, it was impossible. So I'm out of $900.00 and no prescription. I've since found out it was illegal to use Apple I-tunes prepaid cards for anything other than Apple products. I'm going to send them a copy of this. As of today, 7-11-17 they want another $650.00 to complete the sale. Now they swear they will pay me back $300.00 and $500.00 that I have already paid, plus I just sent them 2 $25.00 Skype prepaid cards and that was supposed to be the last step. Now if I give them $650.00 right now they will ship the Percocets and 2 checks. I'm not sure about the refund of the $650.00.I have every single PrePaid card that I sent to them to pay for the order of 30 percocets. Was not allowed to use credit card or any other form of payment, all PrePaid cards and I have every card and/or receipts in my possession.

You were scammed - don't send any more money

There are many tips in your report that this is a scam:

  • the fact that they asked you to pay by a non-traceable method (gift cards)
  • the fact that they required you to pay $99 before transferring to a physician is a huge red flag
  • the fact that the physician (??? - I doubt it) asked for $300 in itunes cards - that is pure crazyness
  • the fact that the DEA was tracking to see if you paid for the drugs before they were shipped to you - another totally crazy idea.  The DEA is the Drug Enforcement Agency and they aren't verifying payments to scammers...
  • the statement that they would refund you $500 in a certified check when they sent you the pills. I guess this could be true because they don't have any intention of sending you the pills so you would never get the certified check.
  • They realized that you had no idea that you were being scammed so they asked for another $650. This is pretty typical for a scam. They keep asking until you say no.

You should have stopped at the first step when they asked for payment by itunes. Don't contact them any more. Don't give them any more money.
