What a Shameless scam! What can we do to persecute and stop online thieves and deceivers like these? Internet

I bought a poster from All Posters.com and viola, a month later I was being charged by an unknown company that makes itself sound so generic, you think its just something that you bought from a store.
What a Shameless scam! What can we do to persecute and stop online thieves and deceivers like these?
