I ordered 2 Vick's Dog chews (Item #DOG87-2) on Aug. 7, 2007 through Paypal. My credit card was charged $25.98 but I still have not received them.

On May 10, I sent an e-mail to notify the company after reading to send them an e-mail if the toy had not been recieved. I received an automated response "Thank you for your email and thank you for your business. We are doing our best to reply back to you by the following business day. In some cases it may take up to two business days before you receive a response. If you have an urgent question please feel free to call us. However, We are only equipped to take one call at a time. If you do not reach an agent please try your call again later...

I never received another response or phone call.

On July 18, I repeatedly called the phone number during the business hours listed and only got voicemail. The voicemail message said that they would call back the next business day. I left a message with my phone number and order number and was never called back. I sent another e-mail the same day and received the same automated reponse as before. I called on July 21 and 22, and left a voicemail message and never heard back.

Today is evening of July 23 and still have not received a call or personal e-mail. I do not believe anyone is answering the phone or replying to e-mails.
