I signed with this company expecting to get some movie work, but after several months have not had one opportunity. Any notification of casting calls which have totalled 3 in the last few months are e-mailed the night prior and does not give enough time to prepare.
I tried to cancel before my 30 days expired but was unable to contact them by phone and was notified by e-mail that they do not answer e-mails, which leads me to believe that their statement that they answer e-mails in two business days is a lie.
I have also tried to contact them by phone for weeks with a wait time of 20 - 3o minutes. Who has the liberty of staying on hold that long during a work day. If anyone files a lawsuit, I'm in.
