Sidelight Curtain Company Billed but item not received! Cocoa, Florida Internet

On Sept. 1, I placed a small on-line order for curtain rods. The order was supposedly shipped on Sept. 11 from Orlando, FL with an "expected delivery date" of Sept. 14. When the item didn't arrive by Sept 17, I called the company.

FYI, when you call their 877 number, you get a recording saying they are busy; leave your number and you will be called back in 2-5 minutes. I did receive a call back.

They blamed the slow delivery on their recent problems with the post office and asked me to wait a couple more days. I called again a few days later; same story. Now the "company" does not respond to my calls or emails, but has not credited me back my money. Here it is, 17 days after supposed mailing, with no item, no refund, no response from the company.

By the way, they claim to have a 24 hour "help line", yet they don't answer calls (obviously screening them).

BEWARE! This is an internet scamming "company".
