Siesta Key beach Place Poor management, terrible service, not organized at all, dirty, rip off sarasota Florida

This place is a total joke, I book my spring break with a crabby unorganized lady by the name of Leslie.  This lady first said she would send us a link to see the property right away.  The next day I called and she said she forgot, she then asked who I was?  Seriously?  She had no clue.  I then recieved the email which I responded I would take the room, in addition I gave her everything she asked for.  This crabby, bitchy, no class lady called me the following day to verify my dates, after I gave her the dated for a third time she said they would not work out. 

I re-arranged my trip with flights to meet her dates, now remember this is spring break and not much is availasble by now.  This Leslie lady kept responding not sure who you are we get tons of calls, she had everything all screwed up. She made a comment she could get more now so she was not going to rent to me.  So this is what this lady does, you call to book a room, she says she will send you a link to see the property just to get your info, then she says yes you can rent the room, now while all this is going on she keeps saying yes to others until she gets the highset amount possible, then she calls others and makes some excuse to cancel you. 

She does this on purpose to string you alone to get more money.  Now it is 2 weeks before my trip and the blew us off.  Do not book here she will screw you over, she will string you along, the chances of getting your room is slim.  After looking into this resort I found out it is a dump, it is filthy, it is very old, it has nothing to offer.  Run from this resort save your vacation, she only rents to her friends, uses you to bump the rate.  Terrible business, terrible management, run, run, run........
