On December 1st 2004 I purchased graphics for the table top display up front. The display was shipped and graphics were to follow. Unfortunately the display was damaged during shipping. I immediately contacted Michael Ophime, my sales representative, and notified him of the situation. He informed me the there was insurance on the shipping and he would make arrangements to have the display picked up and replace it when the claim was paid. I spoke with Mr Ophime shortly after the damaged display was returned back to the company noting that they had received it. A few weeks passed with no response, so I contacted Digi Displays enquiring about the replacement display and the graphics for the display.

At that time I found out Mr Ophime was no longer employed there and I was referred Amber Balcer, the sales manager. She promised to find out what was going on and then call me back with a status. A couple weeks passed and no phone call. I then called Ms Balcer and she refuses to return my messages left with the receptionist and several calls left on her voice mail. Now a couple months have passed and I have no table top display or graphics. Next I contact Roland Breton , President of Sales. My first contact with him was the same as Ms Balcer. He would look into the matter and let me know how the problem was to be resolved. Couple weeks passed and no call from Mr Breton. Again, I called several times and left messages with the receptionist and his voice mail. They now block incoming calls from me. They now block incoming calls from me. As of today (June 8th 2005) they refuse to honor their obligating and they refuse to return my phone calls. I can not understand how a company like this can take peoples money and not supply the services paid for.
