Signals VIP Insider I was signed up for their VIP insider without my knowledge Internet

I made a purchase from Signals.com online sometime at the end of 2017.  Without my knowledge I was somehow signed up for their Signals VIP insider.  I'm not even sure what it is.  I didn't notice until 4 months later I was being billed on my credit card 14.95 a month for this.  I called them and complained that I was signed up without my knowledge and they said they would cancel my "membership".  I also told them I wanted to be reimbursed for the 4 months of charges to my credit card.  I was refunded my money immediately.  Too bad they did this to me because I liked the company and would have ordered from them again if they hadn't slammed me.  I'll never order from them again because of this incident.
