This David HELMS is a T H I E F.  We are about to bring a LAWSUIT against DAVID HELMS and will wait 60 days after the JUDGMENT as directed by THE STATE ATORNEY GENERAL, THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE and THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS ,  THJE BUREAU OF LICENSES & PERMITS, THE FDLE and other State & County bodies to convict DAVID HELMS on a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION that will go foward after the 60th day after the JUDGMENT was entered. We want this T H I E F in JAIL.  He stole some $15,000.00 from PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES .
