Signing Stream Slow Payer and they look for reasons to reduce your invoice Costa Mesa California

This is a middle man mortgage closing company.  I am a mobile notary that they often call to close deals for them.  This company is a very slow payer.  I finally recieved a check on a closing I did 72 days ago.  They will ignore your posted rates and spend an unlimited amount of time haggling and cajoling until they get you to drop your price.  Then on the backend the will look for reasons to deduct $10-$25 from the already reduced amount they agreed to pay you.  If you are going to accept business from them I would add $25 to your fee upfron so when they reduce your fee on the backend by this amount it will not be a big deal.
