Signs All Signs SIGN REPAIR ENDING MESSED UP AND THE COMPANY OWNER WASH HIS HANDS OF IT HIALEAH GARDENS Florida

On April 4th I called to a company called "Signs All Signs" witch I found online asking for repair a channel letter sign, I was needing to replace the faces of the sign because it looks discolored, because of the sun exposure, everything was working ok, I just wanted to make it looks like new, the company owner "Jorge Acevedo" helped me and I asked him to performs the job, a couple of days later a technician came to the store and removed the faces of the sign to make new ones, two weeks later after not receive any information,

I called him again asking when would they finish the job, Jorge sounds like he not even remembered about what I was talking about, and then told me they would go the next Friday, the technician didn't showed up until the Monday, April 28th, he installed the new faces, collected the payment and leave the store, when I checked the sign, one of the faces was bent, and all the screws were replaced without paint them again with the same color and looks horrible, I inmediatly called to Jorge and he told me the technician would fix it the next day and for first time it was tru, the guy came the next day but after talk with Jorge that day in the afternoon, at night I realized part of the sign light was off,

well, I didn't wanted to call to Jorge that late and waited until the morning to explain to the technician who fixed the screws and the bent face but didn't fix the light because he supposedly didn't have the tools to do it at the moment, then I called to Jorge again and explained the situation, for my surprise he told me they couln't take the responsibility for the light because they didn't work on it, I explained it was working perfectly fine before and he said that he understand but even that he could't take the responsibility, it really made me upset and request him to fix it, he said he would send the technician again but he never showed up, I called him many, many times after that and he just gave me the round around. So, after a simple renew I ended with the sign messed up.

After that researching on internet I realized I wasn't the first of his customer with a similar problem, there are more people who explained other situations with this guy on Yelp and Google reviews.
