Beware Signtronix and their salesman Buddy (Orbin) Swisshelm.   On 12/11/17 we contacted Buddy to inquire about purchasing a sign, he immediately drove to our business within a couple hours to get his $850  cash deposit on sign, he assured us he could pull strings and put a red tag rush on the sign and have it done in a week or so.    After 5 weeks went by and repeated calls to Buddy (Orbin) Swisshelm of which all went directly to his voicemail (its ok his mom was sick he tells us/however his phone magically worked when calling him from a different telephone number)  So next we call Signtronix directly, on 1/19/18 Mary at Signtronix informed us that Buddy NEVER paid them to get the sign going, so some 40 days later (this is their red tag rush/what that actually means is Buddy/Orbin's spending money) So then Buddy/Orbin's phone actually worked! We spoke to him and he came up with a bunch of nonsense reasons for not paying our $ to Signtronix to get our sign ordered. 

1/22/18 Buddy/Orbin Swisshelm actually sends our money to Signtronix to get our sign ordered.  We spoke to him and Roxanne at Signtronix who informed us that our business sign is very basic and can be made and ready to ship in 1-2 days. 

Today 2/9/18 STILL no sign ever shipped, no refund. nothing.   beware signtronix and beware Buddy Swisshelm AKA Orbin, RT 22 Jonnet Building Monroeville Pa  412-298-1411   email buddyswisshelm@gmail.com

Luckily we have a signed contract and video footage or this scam artist taking our $.  we will be proceeding legally.
