I got a SVP DC-12E digital camera off Ebay. The camera was brand new in the box from the Silicon Valley company mentioned.
The Ebay seller: defiledflesh (that should have warned me) said it was out of his hands and the company had a one year warrantee.
I have Emailed them three (3) times and called the 510 phone number and left a message. No response as of yet.
I am trying to get the seller for not backing up his junk from Ebay by filing a complaint with Paypal.
Paypal (an Ebay Company) is reveiwing it. I told them this seller and company ( Silicon Valley Peripheral and Silicon Valley Imaging ) should be banned from Ebay.
I'm out a total of $91.00 for a piece of metal garbage that won't flash and if you take a picture in the daylight it's so bright you can't make out the subject!
