Silver Lake Auto Sales, Inc. This guy (John Certino Jr.) sold my stepson (a minor) a defective car, without a title, He also convinced the boy to enter into a fraudulent contract (stating that the car was purchased for $500.00, not the actual $1500.00. Providence Rhode Island

In February, my stepson (16 years old) was convinced by a "friend", to purchase a used automobile from Silver lake Auto Sales. The owner sold a defective car, without a title, and convinced the boy to enter into a frauduelent contract 9stating that the sale price was $500.00, not $1500.00).

Both actions are totally illegal. We asked for the money back-and the dealer promised a refund, but reneged. We filed a case in Small Claims court and won-and he still refuses to pay. I have contacted the State Motor vehicles Dept., and filed a complaint.
DO NOT,under ANY circumstances, do business with SILVER LAKER AUTO SALES. The man (John Jr.) is a liar and a cheat!
