Jessica West, has harassed my roomate, and has left information on my voicemail phone that I share with my roomate, which i feel is private information for me. I owe all of $800.00 to CrossCountry Bank. They have abuse the california collection rules and should not be allowed to do buisness here. I would like to file a complaint against them. Can any one help?
