If you also think that this is a great opportunity when you look at the job description, don't be fooled.

If you want to spend your days cold calling random people and not getting paid than this is a job for you. You will be introduced to "managerial duties" such as making photocopies, cleaning or moving tables around.
The job is far and away from what is decribed or from what you will be introduced to during the interview process and training. Don't get fooled by the numbers. 36K to 60K !!!  Let me tell you, you will be paid on commission, and get paid a ridiculous amount for the work you do if you are lucky to even get paid.

This is a scam that make them recruit as many people as they can, use their contacts and their clients and keep them while getting the money you should be getting paid. (Recruiting sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:30am)
While I was there numerous people quit this same position realizing that they wasted their time, energy and money.
Don't get fooled by the "leader in the industry" or "expanding nationaly". They've been around for 27 years under different entities (guess why ?) and the only office they have is a lousy office in the middle of nowhere in Peoria.
Don't get fooled, like me, with this company because it is a SCAM, and their only intend is to use you as a free labor and a way to get contacts.

They are so reputable that they had to change their name from Simwey Financial Group to Simmers Financial Group to avoid all the negative publicity created by their scams.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
