simplemobile stole from me by leading me to think i was getting unlimited service then two weeks later for no possible reason cut my service off and text me to reup or pay my bill again if i wanted service , Internet

The cellular company simple mobile ripped me off by cutting off my internet service two weeks after i paid my bill for no reason at all. they lead me to believe it was unlimited then they sent me a message saying that i had some sort of miss usage of the phone.

simple mobile then text me my service will be suspended only twenty minutes after the first text they call a warning i guess and i wasnt even using my phone at all with in that twenty minutes. when i read further in the text they told me to reup or add money to the my bill for them to turn my service back on. thats Extortion.

I ended up not paying extra and waited to pay my bill that following month, but the same exact thing happend the next month. i went online to see if my problem was common and i found out a lot of their costumers are having the same issue with their service. what a rip off!
