I have only been a customer with Simplify.com for a few months now, and I have already had FOUR problems with them, two of them very major problems in which my money did not show up in my account. The last two major problems were met with very limited customer support, and no rush or extra help to make sure I actually saw MY money that they were lagging on processing. They are supposed to have 2 day processing, and my money has routinely taken 8-10 days to show up in my account - and this is with having to take exhorbitant amounts of time out of my day to be on their backs about figuring out where the heck my money is when it doesn't enter my account as it should. What business owner actually has time for dealing with something like that, let alone consistently every time they receive a customer payment?!?!

This last time around I have requested some form of compensation for all of the distress, issues in my business it has caused (seriously, I have a team to pay, bills of my own to pay, a business to keep afloat - not receiving my money is a big deal when it consitently doesn't come in), and they have downright refused to even discuss the option of compensation with me numerous times, both not returning my calls, and then when I can get through to someone just cutting me off right away.

The most important part of all of this for me? Amongst ALL that they have put me and my business through, I have not received ONE SINGLE APOLOGY from anyone within the company, let alone a real acknowledgment that they screwed up. Nor have I received any real evidence that the problems will cease.

Since I last posted my statements here the company (Simplify.com) has been in touch with me to provide both the apology and compensation I was looking for, as well as to explain the roots of all problems (mostly tech errors that they're resolving on the tech side) I've had with their services, and demonstrate what they were doing to clean up the problems. 

I tried to take down this report, as it is not in integrity to leave it up if I am no longer having problems with the company, however (after repeated attempts to dispute this), RipoffReport refuses to let me take it down (which I actually find ironic). So I'm just going to have to trust that any truly conscious consumer will read the whole thing and recognize that this company has taken necessary actions to restore integrity.

I am still with the company and much happier with the services I'm receiving now.
