I HAD COMPLAINERS CONTACTING ME ASKING FOR MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS JORGE WHICH GOES BY SEVERAL NAMES SUCH: “JORGE RIVERA” “JAY” & “EDWARD MULLINS” AND WAS TOLD THEIR BED EXPERIENCES, EVERYONE SAYS THEY WILL TAKE LAW SUITE ACTION AGAINST THIS SCAMMER, BUT NO ONE FOLLOW THROUGH OR RE COMMUNICATED ABOUT IT. 

WE ARE ALL BEEN RIPPED OFF AND LOST MONEY, SO WHY NO ONE IS COMING TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?

THIS PERSON JORGE KEPT ON PROMISING TO RE-PAY ME THE $1,000.00 HE OWES UNTIL ONE DAY HE VANISH, AND DISCONNECTED HIS PHONE #’S HE ALWAYS LIES AND GIVE STORIES.

Right down to attempting to get us to remove reviews.

Avoid them like the plague and keep updating anything new you discover. We need to keep people such as this

on the run as they place a stain on our industry.

They are con artists - they lie - steal and have many legal actions against them which is why they are terrified of the police.

Initially there was 2 cars to transport with Simply the Best Auto Logistics Inc, however, one car had a head on collision and was totaled which was advised to carrier, therefore the rate was reduced to $700 which still was higher than other carriers, but processed with Simply the Best Auto Logistics Inc due to great conversation with “Edward Mullins or Jay” which now I am finding out that he is also goes by the name Jorge.

As you seen in the texts I provided he is a pathological liar.

He claims that his truck broken down, which he says he changed truck and then he blows a tier in Texas which, I have pictures to show and I had discovered that he told this to many people that contacted me through the previous report I had made

His claim here that is was disrespectful and called him names, that never happened as we talked once before the pickup, once after week and half & than when called me in Dec to say that he is sorry, and he will make the deposit.

Never ask or know of his race or language and what the hell is wet bag?
It is obvious that this “Edward Mullins or Jay or Jorge” is a scam, and I am finding more people that were hit by this guy with lots of money and never got their cars.  

I have never requested anything from him, in fact he volunteer to refund the $700 on the long delay and when I have told him I am giving my client $200 for expenses due that issue, he offered to pay that as well.

The reason I have asked for $1000.00 is proven below why.

You have said and promised you'll fully refund the $700 i gave you + $200 my commission i should have make on this, So this is my Bank of America account

Which I provide 3 options

By tomorrow I am sending him my check for $900 and I am expecting to have this money from you by tomorrow morning in my account. After 14 days late between pickup and delivery and all the problem & expenses he experienced, I think it is only fair you should handle this matter at the best & fast way possible, as I am holding him from reaching out to the authorities etc.

His next communication on was Nov 29 after he delivered the car on 11/26 which is 30 days after pickup

He texted: Nov 29 1:04pm Just got my money up today, let’s make it Beverly simple remove the bad review and in 1 hour I send you the deposit confirmation

Beyond I had texts with images showing his bank account to prove he have money & that he is in the bank making the deposit, but that never happen which I stated he is a pathological liar.

 This customer paid 700 dollars for a delivery from Florida to Colorado , initially he had 2 cars once we got there he change his mind and only wanted to shop one he ask me to take only one and I did , also from the original fee I discounted from $1,000 to $700.00 our truck broke down and 3 weeks after we manage to make the delivery , I have over 100 text where this customer don’t want the full refund that we offer he wants doble the money , very unfair , he has been very disrespectful also called me names and made fun of my race and my language , calling me wet bag and speak , very nasty guy , look all the lies he wrote ?
