While I have been on hold now for 18 minutes, I have surfed the web and determined I am not the only one you are committing fraud with.

It is now 12:03 pm EST. I have finally gotten through on the phone. Once again I find myself sitting on hold. Yesterday I sat on hold for 1hour and 35 minutes. I did not hang up, your company cut me off. When I called back I was advised you were closed!!! What do you do, cut all of your customers off at closing time no matter how long they have been on hold???

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I treated my customers that way I would be out of business, which by the nature of most of your calls, you probably will be soon.

I cancelled my order on 9/21/05. The amount of my order was $453.70. My cancellation confirmation code is 93933. My call was handled by your employee named Eileen.

To date I am still waiting for my refund. This must be addressed by you IMMEDIATELY.

I realize that sending this email is not going to achieve anything as you have yet to respond to my prior emails. However, by also advising the authorities, it may put a hamper on your fraud.
