Singles Station claims that they have a 70% success ratio.  They claim that they will match you with people that meet your specific criteria.  They claim that they have tons of great members who are professionals and are educated.

First of all, they did not fulfill their contract.  I moved and they said they would set me up with an affiliate (which was not apart of the original contract).  I never received a phone call from the affiliate.  After 6 months of waiting, I only received calls from their billing company.  They keep their billing seperate, which should have been my first tip off.

I had already paid $2,200 by this point, and although I was unhappy with the service in general I felt I was trapped into the contract. I called to complain but they continually blamed me, because I didn't give the matches a chance or they didn't like me.  The matches were not educated, and they certainly did NOT pay the same price I did for the service.  The women I met were not professionals, and were not educated.  Maybe 2 of the women I was matched with met my criteria, this is out of about 8-12.

My contract was for $5,000 and it was supposed to be transferrable if I met someone that I liked.  I tried to transfer the contract but the membership manager told me that I still had to pay the contract and collect it from my friend who I would be giving it to.  Obviously, that is not a transferrable contract.

After I contacted them about breaching the contract with me, I received several excuses.  I was not contacted because I didn't pay on time, and once I got caught up I didn't call in to tell them I was caught up.  It's not my responsibility to be the go between for you and your billing company.  I don't have to call the electrical company to tell them to turn on my electricity after I pay.

When I called to complain I was called a liar and I was basically told that since I didn't pay my bill on time, that I didn't deserve my contract to be fuilfilled.  I have called on 3 seperate occassions with the same arrogant response, and this is over a 2 year period.  It is obvious that they have tons of complaints, and I feel tricked.

Even if the service was good, the customer service makes you feel terrible for complaining.  I was told the girls I was matched with didn't like me, and that's why i wasn't successful; that I was reaching out of my range.

I am currently pursuing a lawyer to file a class action law suit against Singles Station.  There are 17 complaints (plus mine) just about the Oklahoma Singles Staion on the Better Business Bureau's web site.

Also, they change their name a lot.  I called in today and it's now eLove.  I originally saw a sign for "BentonvilleSingles.com."  They have tons of them, but all they do is ask for info and then someone calls you and pressures you to sign up.  I had really hoped this would be a great service, I thought that for the price, surely they'd offer something fantastic, but I was sorely dissapointed.  I made that known.  I explained that I was going to put up a web site and a facebook page to complain, and I was told, "We've been in business 30 years, we have had those complaints before, and they've never hurt us, so I'm sure they won't now."  I couldn't believe the arrogance!
