Siringoringo Law Firm was advertized on the radio Station 94.7 the wave. I had heard the commercial several times and thought this would be the perfect company to help modify 2 of my properties, I went to there Glendale office and met with a loan specialist on August 8th 2012, and gave them 1250.00 for my property located at 1240 West 109th Street Los Angeles California 90044, and another $1250.00 for a property located at 21920 Badeau Street, Carson California 90745, the  bank , Total of $2500.00. They Explained to me that for each property a total of $990.00 would be deducted from my checking account $495.00 for each property.

This went on for about 2 years with a promise that my modification would soon be finalized, I had to people over my accounts Stephanie Carver at 909 744-5227 Extension 2034 She handled the account for my property located on 21290 Badeau Street Carson Caifornia 90745, the bank on this account is Nationstar 350 Highland Dr. Lewisville Tenn. 75067 the loan number is 0599598976, this property now is in foreclosure. The other property that is located at 1240 West 109th Street Los Angeles, California 90044 that account is with Bank of America.

The Supervisor for therse to accounts was Mr. Phillip Oh 909 7445227, Ext 2021, My Siringoringo Law Form Loan number was 870849531.

Around August of 2013 I tried to contact Siringoringo law firm and all numbers were disconccted and there was nothing completed on my modifications leaving one of my properties in foreclouser with the amount oweing over $85,000 (eighty five thousand dollars ) which I am unable to pay, my daughter that has 3 children and is unemployed lives there when the house goes into foreclosesure they will be homeless.
