Sirius XM's auto renew practices are quite unfair and deceptive. I believe they warrant review by a higher authority such as the FCC. I was on a semi-annual service which ended -August 25th. Somehow, Sirius auto renewed the subscription and continued service until October 1st.

I was charged $34.36 for a period of 39 days. Which exceeds the prior semi-annual cost of $28.11. When, I requested to cancel my service they requested me to pay $34.36 for the service that I never requested to use.  When I called, to cancel my services they demanded I pay the full amount. I even spoke with a manager by the name of Ernie in the Philippines. He wasn't helpful one bit as his main focus was to get my subscription renewed versus providing a solution to their unfair billing practices.

I never signed or agree to an auto renewal as the sales representative did not disclose.

Please dont support this kind of service. Plus, Sirius XM's Auto renewal procedure is a scam. Consequential action should be taken to ensure on this company does not deceitfully steal any more of consumers hard earned dollars.
