*Author of original report: Really?
*Consumer Comment: XMRadio
BUYER BEWARE!!! SERIUS XM RADIO just charged my account 6 times and we don't even have their service!! WHAT A SCAM! !! AVOID THIS "service" AT ALL COSTS!! Their sorry excuse for "customer service" is giving us NO SATISFACTION claiming they do not see the charge happening when I am looking right at my bank account online at the 6 transactions. 6 TIMES $8.27 ALL ON THE SAME DAY AND WE DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Not sure why there is so much negativity on Sirius / XM Radio. I've had several cars with it, internet radio and home systems and not once have Ihad any problem with them Have dropped some options, added others, updated and / or changed billing, etc. and not once has it been any problems.
In fact, the last time, I accidently let my renewal date pass for probably 6 weeks. Well, not only did they turn the service off, and at the time this was in 2 cars along with internet listening at work, when they called, I explained circumstances, that I had not used it at work in several months as wife was sick and I was workkng at home, etc etc. End result, they credited me for the internet service dating back to the renewal date, they also gave me options on catching up the bill, which at the time was I believe at least 6 weeks past due, and I never lost service at all. In fact, still have it.
They were able to work with me on options, and I never lost service and then shortly after that, say 2-3 months, one of the cars was totaled so I called them about 2 wks after the accident, they credited me for not only the remaining part of the yearly contract, but back dated it for 2 weeks.
Not sure, but the rep that I dealt with, over the course of 2-3 weeks, via both phone and email, never had any issues with them and now if I don't have XM/Sirius in a car, I do feel lost :-)
