 I purchased a bed back in September 7, 2011 and less than 2 years later the bed was sinking on the two outer sides. Both me and my wife wake up every morning soar and in pain due to this mattress. The middle of the bed is over 3 inches up and the two sides of the bed where me and my wife sleep have sunk. I contacted the store where I purchased the bed and told them my situation. They were not very helpful or concerned. After nearly 3 weeks they had a so called technician come to my house and inspect my bed. I showed the inspector the mattress and the obvious sinking of the bed. The two sides were so bad that the bed looked like the was a round hill in the middle. The ispector saw the mattress and even though he said he saw my concern would not give me any straight answers. He claimed he could not give me the results of his test. He said they would contact me in a few days with the results. I showed him the bed from the front and you can easilly see where the hill is in the middle of the mattress. These inspectors are trained to look for any possibly thing we might have done incorrectly so they can deny their resposibilty. It also seemed like he was not very proffesional as he stumbled manny times to get measurements.

 After 1 week I received a letter from the mattress company and they claimed that the bed had sunk only 1 inch. The bed had to be sunk atleast 1 1/2 inches in order for the company to replace the mattress. I immediately called the company and told them I do not agree with their resluts and the mattress had an obvious sinking on both outer sides that you could clearly distinguish. The representative was not very professional nor concerned about the fact that I had paid $2,600 for a bed that only lasted me almost 2 years. You would think that buying from such a big store that has so manny locations you would be trewated better,. The fact is that they have it set up wher they sell defective mattresses at full price and when there is an issue they do not care. The representative told me that she would contact the store directly and and see if they could possibly replace the mattress directly. I was advised that I would get a phone call back which I never received. When I called the represenative again she told me that the store would not take responsibility and they would give me a discount on another bed. I asked and pleaded for them to send another person to inspect the bed and they told me that it would take 30 days and they would charge me to inspect the bed again. I explained to the representative that I was handicap and could not sleep properly in this bed. She was not very caring to my situation and I am now going to sue Sit N Sleep in small claims Court. I will never buy another mattress from this company again.

 I suggest any customers that are going to purchase a mattress from Sit N Sleep to pay with American Express or other Credit Card that would help you when your mattress goes bad. I paid with their In-House financing company and they will do nothing to help me. I am out $2,600 and after discussing this situation with a few friends and associates I have found out that I am not alone. Apparenatly this company has been doing this to customers for years and getting away with it.

DISGUSTING COMPANY AND SEE HOW THEY RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

 You just simply proved to me and the whole World what a disgusting person and individual you are. I am not surprized in the least that you represent Sit N Sleep. Do you think that I or anyone else reading this will ever work with a company that responds like this to their customers? You call buying a mattress for $2,600 and only being able to sleep confortably in it for less than 2 years whinig? Do you really think I would ever consider buying a mattress from you and this company if I knew this is the way you treat people. You offered me a 10 year warranty. Its only been 2 years. Then you call me and my wife FAT. This is just the begginig of what is going to be the very first steps in putting Sit N Sleep out of business and you get fired. I really appreciate your response. I will make sure that everyone who is capable of reading and thinking of buying a mattress knows your opinions and the opinion of Sit n sleep as a company about over weight people and people who are handicap. Your response is well noted and will be advertised on any site I can fiind that will listen.

 So you haven't been ripped off, YOU just don't agree with their assessment of YOUR situation. What YOU are calling defective is what is ACTUALLY known as USE. YOU and YOUR WIFE have used this mattress for awhile. Think how many nights that is, then calculate how many HOURS it is. THAT is how long YOU have been putting those "holes" in your mattress. Given the depth that you suggest is there, one can safely say you must be heavier then your average person. YOUR only issue is that THEY don't agree with YOU that it needs to be replaced. Maybe you can request ANOTHER tech to come out and redo the depth measurement again. You will probably have to pay for this one. Either way, you cant fault them for NOT just giving a brand new mattress at the drop of a hat or in this case, because your throwing a online tantrum. They wouldn't be in business for very long if they gave EVERY customer their way whenever its demanded on them. At the end of the day, YOU AGREED TO THIS!!!! You cant NOW turn around and whine about it. Oh.....wait......I see what the issue is.........YOU DIDNT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the warrenty you purchased. I found THIS to be particularly FUNNY!!!....... . I explained to the representative that I was handicap and could not sleep properly in this bed. She was not very caring to my situation and I am now going to sue Sit N Sleep in small claims Court. I will never buy another mattress from this company again....... So because YOU did not get your way IMMEDIATLY you first play the "disabled card" then you claim a lack of empathy on their part and then you top it off by stretching for a small courts claim. Unfortunatly when you signed up for the warrenty you agreed to it in WHOLE without reading the T&C. As a handicapped individual myself, Im telling YOU that playing the disabled card doesn't work anymore. There IS NO PITY FOR YOU. You have shown that you will use WHATEVER tactic that you feel you can get away with in order to get your way. You sir are a disreputable person and should be ASHAMED of yourself for even attempting to pull that card. Kinda sleezy of you all the way around. Since you wish to threaten them with court, heres the poison pill to your case......YOU AGREED TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRENTY WHEN YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE. You DID NOT READ the T&C. Had you ACTUALLY read it you would see that YOU CANNOT TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!! You MUST go through arbitration. People like YOU truly disgust me. You act like children when you don't get your way, then you hop on the web and attempt to slander them and validate YOUR stance, when YOUR stance IS WRONG!!! YOU NOT GETTING YOUR WAY IS NOT A RIPOFF!!! THEY hold the warrenty..... THEY have told you that YOUR mattress doesn't qualify....yet YOU need to play the game by THEIR rules.....to get your way
