I placed my order with this company, because every item I wanted was in stock and available for immediate shipment, according to the website.  This turned out to be false.  Only 60% of items I ordered were in stock.  They do not tell you items are back ordered unless you ask.

They have no phone number for customer service, just email.  I had to email them 6 times to get proper credit for items not shipped.  Often they respond with a terse, canned answer that does not answer the questions I asked.  Worst customer service I have experienced.

They charged my credit card the day I placed the order, but on their website they say that the card is charged at time of shipment.

If the items you need are in stock (no way to know), you may be okay with this vendor.  Otherwise do not waste your time, it's not worth the small savings in price over an honest vendor.

We apologize for the issues with your most recent order.  Although we do our best to be as proactive as possible with order delays, we are not always able to immediately know of backorders.  Sometimes items show in stock with a manufacturer or distributor and that information turns out to be false or items show in stock but once the order is processed, that stock has been pulled off the shelf to fulfill another order.  Regardless, we understand that these situations are frustrating. 

We have been in business for over 8 years and have thousands of satisfied customers.  On our website, their is a contact us link that provides email and fax information as well as information to obtain our direct phone number. 

We would like to resolve this for you and provide a discount on your order as well as a discount on a future order.  Please contact us as we would like to earn back your business.
