I looked and looked eveywhere for the perfect price the perfect style the perfect wedding ring set. Wow Virginia Center Commons had a great find so i thought. SK Jewelers had a decent engagement ring wedding band for him and wedding band for her set at a dencent price. Well my fiancee and I paid the 40 dollors to get all three rings sized. we left happy.

We were waiting for a phone call to say your rings are ready no call. Ok so I decided to call and check on the status. "Your rings are ready to be picked up." Wonderful so we got to the store and made sure the rings fit, all was great. So my fiancee and i decided we are here we will look around the mall somemore. I stoped to admire my rings and the light hit the stones so beautifully until wait something is wrong..... a stone was missing. So we walk back to S.K. and explained ummm the ring hasnt even left thee mall what will they do to make me a happy bride to be again. No problem we will replace it and give you a call.

A week later i go back pick up my ring and i notice on my fiancees band theres a stone missing on his. So I call and ask SK what can they do to fix it. They said bring it in we will look at it but since you dont have the warranty we will probably charge you to replace the the stone. Mind you the rings are not even 2 weeks old at this point. So i decide not to wear the rings for falling out stones made me not shine. it dissapointed me i thought I deserved to shine but then the center stone in my engagement ring fell out so all in all 4 stones fell out of a three ring set within a few weeks.

But the reputation i am finding out is that stones fall out and the customer pays. To back up the fact that I would  not return for another purchase at this store is my father bought a ring  about 2 years ago for my mother and guess what her stone fell out within 48 hours of her having it. All in all for a little price they replaced hers and my parents were happy with the outcome. I am not happy with the outcome.

I want a refund for but the policy states NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGE UP TO 7 DAYS WITH RECEIPT. Well i have my receipt and as a customer i feel after not having the rings a month the store should fix this problem. I feel  that if you want to shine Dont shop for any kind of jewel at SK for your stuff will fall out......
