I found this skin cream online while on Facebook and it looked like it was pretty good, plus they advertised a free sample. All I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping so I figured, what the heck. I read thru everything to make sure this was not one of those clubs where they send you auto shipments, and it did not appear to be one of those. I received the free sample, checked my bank account to make sure that I was only charged shipping. Everything seemed fine. About a week later I saw a $97 charge pending on my account. I called the 800# that was listed in the letter that came with the cream. I questioned the rep about the charge, he claimed that they never advertise free samples and that I had signed up for the auto program. I told him no I did not. I requested to return the product as the letter stated with a full refund. He then offered me a 50% discount and keep the cream. I told him no, that I did not want the cream, it had irritated my skin. So then he said I could return the cream and he would refund me only 40% of the cost due to a restocking fee. I told him this was rediculous and I demanded that he follow the instructions on the letter. Next he says, I will give you 70% refund and I could keep the cream (free sample). At this point I did not want to deal with this any longer and said fine.
