 Skin Royals offered a Free trial for their products for just the cost of shipping. I received the products in a box with NO information and then a few days later there wer 2 $86 charges on my visa. Luckily I took pictures of the original offer which says FREE trial and a phone number; however, when I called their customer support and told them there ad was misleading they said they don't take products back, that they do not refund, that all they could do is cancel my 'membership' first I am hearing about that! They said all of the charges were covered in the 'terms and conditions' at the end of the transaction - but I did not see those terms that stated I would be charged and relied on their promotion of a FREE trial! False Advertising, a complete scam! Add to this report and to the BBB!
