This is a fake Negative Review posted by Richard McMillan aka Thomas McMillan aka Dink Jones with Los Angeles County Process Servers Department. He has changed the name of his business many times and deletes it once he accumulates hundreds of negative reviews. He attempts to eliminate his competition by posting negative reviews about them; he then posts positive ones about his own business to drown out the negative ones. 

 Chris is calling the kettle black. He also uses many many pseudonyms as he puts it on his Google page too. This process servers do not follow guidelines for serving papers. He also writes negative reviews on other people's businesses as well. He is no angel not saint in anything that he or she does. He also is running a business out of a Po box, (so you can't serve him if you have a complaint and Chris is a horrible example if a process server.

This fake negative review was posted by a competitor who has the most 1 star reviews as a Process Serving Company in Yelp history. This is a direct result of his constant behavior of defrauding and deceiving customers who use his service. Due to all of his negative reviews, he uses pseudonyms(fake names) to post positive reviews on his Google page to drown out all of the legitimate negative ones. He then begins to post negative reviews of his competitors in an effort to steer business away from them. he has been doing this for years.
