Skybeam has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Tried to call for 2 consecutive days and put on hold for over 30 minutes so I press 2 to request a call back.  The 1st day I got a call but no one answered at their end.  Second day I never got a call back.

The don't mail a statement.  The said the service got turned off and they would change it.  This is the 3rd straight month they are still going to do it.

Just a piss-poor company.

Skybeam Skybeam has seriously oversold internet services beyond their capacity. I pay for up to 10 Mbps. During the evening, measured by the took supplied by Skybeam, my response is typically 4 Kbps or nothing at all. During the day, my response is typically less than 2 Mbps. Today is is 1.4 Mbps. Poor performance in the evenings prevents my family from enjoying on-line entertainment. Poor performance during the day negatively affects my ability to do my job. Loveland Colorado
