I was wondering if you could do some research on this company and maybe keep other people from getting burned like I did. They sent this offer to my email and it sounded like a bargain. I paid the 39.99 and expected to get the equipment in the mail. Instead I got a certificate for service which I had to call Dish Network to get installed.

When I called Dish Network, they asked for a valid major credit card and my SS#. They told me they just needed to verify my account was valid. They couldn't get it to go through, so I tried my roommates card. It didn't work either. We tried this on approximately 5 different occasions, and it never verified.

Well I eventually got 5 different letters from Equifax for credit denial. They never said they check your credit. Long story short, They have a deadline by which to get it installed or incur 189.00 in fees. Since I was not approved, I called the company and told them I was sending the Certificate Back for a refund (within the timeframe to avoid the charge). A few days later when I checked my account, I had 75.00 in overdraft charges and the charge for the 189.00 was the reason. I eventually got the 189.00 back after numerous phone calls, but not the overdraft fees. The 39.99 was never refunded and you can't get reach anyone at the company anymore.

There is a website www.ripoffreport.com that has allot of other people who have had the same problem I have had. I think it would be a great service to let other consumers know about the problems this company inflicts upon it's customers.

I also see they have closed there doors! Looks like they may be operating under a new name CLUBDISH.NET. Not sure but beware!!

Thank You!

Tim
