I clicked on OrionCode to register and paid my $250. I then received a phone call from Carlos who told me that in order to have a personal broker I need to pay $2500. When I checked my account, as instructed, i was registered with a micro account, and therefore had to trade myself as I had not paid enough for training etc. (The video I watched for Orion Code sated that you can start with a minimum of $250, and you could click on "auto trade" for automatic trading, meant for the uninitiated like me). I understood that returns would be small to start with, but could get bigger over time.
However, when I checked my acciount a couple of days later, my account balance was zero, and I canot get in touch with them. I will try the e-mail address again for compliance, but I think I will receive no reply.
I was foolish, but I need to warn people that this is a rip off scam, and I just happy that I only lost my $250. With the exchange rate in South Afrca as bad as it is, it amounts to quite a large sum of cash. I would be happy to get it back, but do understand that I have probably lost it for good.
