Skyline Relocation Sky-line Relocation WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! LEFT ITEMS BEHIND, LEAKING TRAILER- ALL OUR STUFF WAS WET- SHATTERED OUR 60" LED TV AND OFFERED ONLY $36 FOR COMPENSATION!!!!! Chatsworth California

In September 2015, I hired Quartz Movers to help our family move from LA to Michigan (Military Family). They contracted/brokered a company named Skyline Relocation to take care of the move. The movers left part of our items in the parking garage and were supposed to come back the next day and pick them up but their van broke down and they couldn't make it. Unfortunately we were on a pressed schedule and had to leave the following day and couldn't stay around and wait a few more days for them to finally come pick up our forgotten items. They were left in the parking garage and a complete and total loss. We left without them. When our items were delivered to our house, everything was soaking wet.

The driver told us that their trailer was heavily leaking water. Not only that, our 60" flatscreen LED television ($1000) was shattered. We even paid for the "luxury packing services" where we paid extra money for them to box the television and pad it. We were promised and paid for "white glove service" yet that made absolutely no difference on the protection of our television. We filed a complaint immediately and after over four months of them processing the claim, they offered to compensate us only $36 for the television!!! Our television is a complete loss and it's a total slap in the face.

It is unethical and should be criminal. With that being said, our move was horrible. Our items left behind, leaky trailer with all contents wet and a shattered expensive television. I gave the companies over fifteen times to make the situation right and they didn't. Being a military family, we have moved over ten times in the last ten years and this was by far, the WORST move we've ever encountered. I was promised I'd be taken care of and that they would make it right but I never heard from them again.
